AWS: What interested you in working at AWS? Patrick: I purchased a board from AWS like four years ago, and just realized how cool of a company it is.AWS: How has your experience been so far? P: Good! Anytime you get to be out on the boat every once in a while and out on the water, it's awesome. AWS: What experience do you have with watersports and boating? P: My uncle and my dad bought a Bayliner together when I was five. And I started skiing shortly after and wakeboarding behind it, even though it wasn't ideal. I got into wakeboarding, then surfing came along. AWS: What do you like most about watersports and boating? P: Being on a boat is my happy place. And I just like being in the water and swimming and anything involving it. Just being with friends and family and having a good time. AWS: How have you changed the Beaverton store since you've been working here? P: I feel like I've made it more seller-friendly and more buyer-friendly. It makes it a little bit easier for the customer to visualize that you can get whatever combination you want. It's easier to work around and shop from. AWS: What are you most looking forward to working at AWS this summer? P: Being on the water and getting people excited about being on the water.
