The safety and health of both our customers and employees will always be priority #1 for us. We have been closely monitoring new developments related to coronavirus (COVID-19) and are actively taking steps to ensure the health and wellbeing of our community.
As we navigate these unchartered waters, Active Water Sports is committed to serving our customers. All Active Water Sports locations remain open during normal business hours. We will be offering our boat concierge pick-up and drop-off service for only $79 (must be within 20 mile radius). We hope that this added convenience allows our customers to stay at home while still being able to make their boat service appointment. Virtual boat walkthroughs are available online and can be made by appointment. One of our team members would be happy to walk you through a new 2020 boat from the comfort of your own couch!
Here are some of the safety measures we are taking to help minimize the spread of COVID-19:
- Asking all employees and customers to stay home if they aren’t feeling well
- Implementing deep cleaning protocols at all Active Water Sports locations
- Regularly disinfecting high contact areas in the shops including all boats we are working on
- Lowering staff levels at all locations to minimize the exposure risk
