2017 products are trickling in, including our wakesurf shapers from Mission Boat Gear and Ronix Eight.3! With any of these new devices and evenly weighted ballast bags you can create the ultimate wake on your inboard boat. Next week we plan to test each device on our shop boats, so stay tuned! But until then, check out some more information on each one to decide which may be best for your boat so you can perfect that 360 spin. Mission Delta The Mission Delta is a new product to the Active shop, giving customers another option to shape their boat's wake. It is a small, compact device made with suction cups for easy removal that leaves zero marks on your boat. With evenly weighted ballast (and ballast in the bow for a longer wave) and the Mission Delta placed as far back on your hull as it can go, the result is a tall, clean wave. It comes complete with a bag for storage, a leash and of course, two koozies. For more information, check out the video and photos below. The Mission Delta is available online and in-store for $498.
Ronix Eight.3 Wakesurf Shaper XL Last year, the Ronix Eight.3 Wakesurf Shaper caused a big wave in the boating industry (pun intended). But this year, Ronix has tweaked the design even more. Now, there is an additional size, the XL, made to push more water for an even bigger wave. Ronix suggests that if you can fit the XL on your hull, then this size option is the better of the two. The Ronix Eight.3 Wakesurf Shaper also has a concave wall for more effect water push that creates less drag on your boat and allows you to drive at less RPMs, which saves fuel. The shaper comes complete with a 1" and a 2" shim, 4 adhesive strips for attachment, an instructional USB and user manual. For more information, check out Ronix's Instagram video and the photos below. The Ronix Eight.3 Wakesurf Shaper XL is available online and in-store for $649.99. Ronix Eight.3 Wakesurf Shaper Standard The Ronix Eight.3 Wakesurf Shaper also comes in the same size as last year's model, the standard size. But this year, it also includes the concave walls like the XL. And, of course, it comes with a 1" and 2" shim, 4 adhesive strips for attachment, an instructional USB and user manual. The standard Ronix Eight.3 Wakesurf Shaper is available online and in-store for $599.99.
